When will my package be delivered?
Processing time for orders is 2 days. Once your order has been dispatched it takes 2 to 3 days to be delivered by the courier company. Please note that the courier company does not deliver on weekends and holidays.
Is there a physical point for parcel collection?
Collection can be done in Midrand. You will need to send a whatsaap to 071 724 9341 in advance to arrange for collection. Cash payments are accepted for physical collections.
Can I use PAXI option for shipping my parcel?
We do ship using PAXI and a request should be made via whatsaap. Charges are:
- R100 for 3 to 5 days
- R60 for 7 to 9 days
